Automotive Sales Associates - New and Preowned Vehicles

Premier Kia is seeking women and men, with or without resume for sales associates positions.

Regarding sales associates, we're looking for individuals who understand that price cannot be the only value differentiator about a car. The relationship you build with your customers helps us build a brand not by being known for our prices, but for the overall way in which we conduct ourselves.

The over-riding decision making philosophy is to always do the right thing. You need the ability to build relationships, as well as to motivate people. Get to know your customers, and let them know you. Embrace and utilize the benefits of a big company, while providing the touch of a small company.

Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus, but we're just as interested in people who are willing to work hard with those attributes detailed below. If you have the right gears, you can be successful with our team. We have had many successful sales associates come from the hospitality industry and customer relations business. If you like people and connecting them to a great car buying experience, you might be a fit.

The position includes a salary, commission and a monthly bonus.   Premier Kia provides extensive training, both initial to get you up to speed, as well as ongoing training to develop your abilities and skills. Automotive Service Writer

This position involves heavy customer Service and involves advising and assisting customers with their vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Service Advisors properly document Customer Vehicle issues and maintenance recommendations. They ensure customers are kept fully informed as to their services needed and work with the technical staff to ensure the timely completion of the same.

Job Description

•Service Advisors / Service Writers greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have

•Service Advisors / Service Writers perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.

•Consult with customer on applicable service specials.

•Service Advisors prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.

•Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations

•Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.

•Service Advisors remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed.

•Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

•Spend quality time building relationship with the customer.

•Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.

Job Requirements

As a Service Advisor, you will be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Advisor:

•At least 3 years of experience in a service advisor role is preferred

•Must have computer proficiency

•Valid driver's license
