Subaru WRX and WRX STI earn IIHS 2014 Top Safety Pick

The Insurance Institute of Highway Safety has announced that the all new 2015 WRX and WRX STI have earned the Top Safety Pick award for good performance in all of their crash tests including the small overlap front test. Subaru also has six other models that have earned 2014 safety awards from IIHS - three with Top Safety Pick and three more with Top Safety Pick+ designations, including the Legacy and Outback models. Subaru has more IIHS Top Safety Picks than any other brand.

Not only is the 2015 WRX STI super-safe but super-sporty. In the most recent issue of Motor Trend, the all-new 2015 STI Launch Edition went toe-to-toe with two German contenders, the Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG and the BMW M235i, and won. Motor Trend writers dubbed it "Loud, fast, surefooted, and amenity-packed - it typifies fun."

Subaru introduces new Outback at NY Auto Show

 On April 17, Subaru introduced the brand-new fifth-generation 2015 Outback, at the New York. The 2015 Outbacks now has its roomiest interior and its highest fuel economy at 25 mpg city, 33 mpg highway, leading the AWD crossover class. The vehicle includes new Active Torque Vectoring for greater agility. The Outback also has available a new version of the Eyesight® driver assistance system and a new rear vehicle detection system with Blind Sport Detection.

At www.kia-buzz.com, it was announced that Kia has invested in the "Green Light Project", a social outreach project in Africa that helps communities to provide facilities and support for sustain growth. Kia promotes the universal right to mobility and provides new opportunities for the target region selected. Kia also provides school buses to transport children to the various facilities. Green Light Projects are currently available in Tanzania, Malawi, and Mozambique.
