I am 77 years old and today I bought the 11th car of my lifetime! And this dealer was the best of them all! The salespeople were pleasant and easy to deal with. Furthermore, they gave me straight answers to challenging questions. The saleswoman Barbara Mullen patiently explained everything we had to know about our first Subaru. Also, about 10 days ago the service department conducted an in-house seminar on how they deal with service questions. That was particularly useful!
When I picked up the car today Barbara patiently answered all our questions so there was no issue that was unresolved. We drove home feeling we had a thorough briefing on our new vehicle and that all our questions were answered. Further, we paid what I regarded as a good price.
All in all, Premier Subaru offered a very satisfying sales experience. I would be happy to recommend them to prospective purchasers.
